To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Commercial Teak Furniture, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Commercial Teak Furniture will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Commercial Teak Furniture. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Commercial Teak Furniture. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Commercial Teak Furniture Return Procedure will be breached and Commercial Teak Furniture will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Commercial Teak Furniture will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Commercial Teak Furniture charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Commercial Teak Furniture prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If shipment is found to be damaged after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.

All Commercial Teak Furniture products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Commercial Teak Furniture will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Commercial Teak Furniture retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
Procedure for Claims Under Limited Warranty:
To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the sales receipt is required. Commercial Teak Furniture reserves the exclusive right to either repair or replace the unit with a newly-overhauled (NOH) unit or new unit at its sole discretion.
Step 1: Call Commercial Teak Furniture Customer Service at 1.800.510.8325 and describe the problem you are experiencing and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number. In addition to your original sales receipt, you will need to provide the unit serial number (if available), your return shipping address and a day time phone number. Step 2: Ship the product, along with the RMA number, to Commercial Teak Furniture. Once you have received your RMA number, pack the product securely and ship (insured) to the following address:

Claims: If any damage to goods is detected upon receipt, the buyer must refuse delivery. Commercial Teak Furniture is not responsible for damage suffered in transit or storage. Before accepting any goods, the buyer should examine the shipment carefully. If there is any visible damage to shipping cartons, the buyer should refuse delivery. Claims for damage or shortage by the delivering carrier should be filed with the carrier by the buyer within five (5) days of delivery. Claims for damaged goods must be reported to Commercial Teak Furniture in writing within five (5) days from receipt of goods. Failure to do so will constitute full acceptance of the goods.
