This Essential Glider is exceptionally sturdy and comfortable. Unlike most gliders, we use solid teak components for our glider mechanism, ensuring a smooth glide without swaying. In addition, we make our GLIDER a roomy 54" in width, which is more comfortable than the typical 48" glider.

This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.
Material Specifications:
Our Teak is primarily knot free and maintains a uniformity in grain and color. Our teak has been properly kiln-dried for low wood moisture content so that the milled parts will hold their shape over time without warping. We use the best available teak on the market, Grade A. Our teak wood contains high density levels of the natural oils and resins that make teak wood such an outstanding material for use in the construction of outdoor furniture.

To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Commercial Teak Furniture, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Commercial Teak Furniture will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Commercial Teak Furniture. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Commercial Teak Furniture. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Commercial Teak Furniture Return Procedure will be breached and Commercial Teak Furniture will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Commercial Teak Furniture will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Commercial Teak Furniture charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Commercial Teak Furniture prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If shipment is found to be damaged after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.
